Publish Page
- Login/Logout
To access/browse this service, a login ID issued by the administrator is required.
■Operation on Login Page
When you access the Publish Page, Login Page will be displayed.
Login IDEnter your login ID issued by the administrator.
Password
Enter the password issued by the administrator or the password changed by the user oneself.
Click this icon to display the password.
Login
Enter your login ID and password then click the [Login] button to access the Publish Page.
Forgot password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the [Forgot password?] to apply for a reissue.
■Reset Password
You can apply for a password reissue from the Password Reissue Application Page.
Login IDEnter your Login ID.
Email
Enter your email address that was set when you registered this user.
Send
Enter your Login ID and Email then click the [Send] button to send an application of password reissue.
You will receive an email with information for reissuing your password.
Check the email content and proceed with the reissue.
Back to Login Page
Click the [Back to the Top Page] button to navigate to the Login Page.
■How to Logout
Click the login name display area on the site header to expand the menu then click [Logout].
- Structure of Publish Page
On the Publish Page, you can check/browse the entries displayed in order of arrival.

When you log in to the Publish Page, the Top Page is displayed.
InformationThe currently announced “Information” is displayed at the top of the Top Page. (Only if the administrator has set the information)
* Authorized users can add/edit information from the Information Settings Page on the Management System.
Recommended Keywords
Below the list of information, all recommended keywords set in the Management System are displayed.
When you click on each Recommended Keyword, all entries linked by the search keyword will be displayed.
* Authorized users can add/edit from the Recommended Keyword Settings Page of the Management System.
Entry List
The thumbnails of the entries are displayed in order of arrival.
Click the thumbnail of each entry you want to view to navigate to the Entry Page. [View Entries]
Entries that are set as Pickup will be displayed at the top during the specified period. [Operation on Entry Edit Page]
Bookmark
You can add to bookmark your favorite entries. [Bookmark]
If you click the button on the right top of thumbnails and change it to this status, the entry added to the bookmark.
※If you want to cancel it, click it again to change to this status.
Back to Previous Page
Click the [Back] button to navigate to the page displayed right before.
Back to Top
Click the [Top] button to return to the page top.
- View Entries
On the Entry Page, you can browse/bookmark entries or send messages to users who have credited the article.
■Structure of Entry Page
Click the thumbnail of the entry you want to read then navigate to the Entry Page.
Top-Image/Title
The top-image and title of the entry are displayed at the top of the Entry Page.
Category
If the entry is registered as a certain category, the category icon is displayed below the top image.
Click the category button to display all entries related to the category.
* Authorized users can add/edit/delete categories 1/2 from the Category 1/2 Setting screen on the management system.
Bookmark
You can add to bookmark your favorite entries. [Bookmark]
Click [Add this to Bookmark] to register it to your bookmark list.* Click [Remove this from Bookmark] to remove it from your bookmark list.
Credit
The pieces of information such as the division name/name/user image/profile/email of the staff member who related the entry are displayed.
Click the [Profile] link to show the user profile. [Add/Edit Users]
* Authorized users can create/edit user information from the User Management Page of the Management System.

Message
If you would like to ask/comment about an entry, fill out the form in the message form and click the [Submit] button.
* Email will be sent only to the user who related to the entry. It will not be published.
Related Entries
Related entries are displayed as “Related Entries” at the bottom of each Entry Page.
Back to Previous Page
Click the [Back] button to navigate to the page displayed right before.
Back to Top
Click the [Top] button to return to the page top.
- Bookmark
You can add the favorite entries to your bookmark. The entry bookmarked can access easily from the Bookmark Page.
■Operation on Bookmark Page
Click the [Bookmark] icon on the header menu to browse your bookmark added so far.

・Click [☆] Button to Add
If you click this button on the right top of thumbnails and change it to this status, the entry added to the bookmark.
(!)If you want to cancel it, click again to change it.
・Add on Entry Page
On the Entry Page, click the [Add this to Bookmark] button to add to Bookmark.
※ If you want to remove from Bookmark, click the [Remove this from Bookmark] button.
- Browse Ranking
On the Ranking Page, you can browse the weekly access ranking of the entries currently released.
■Operation on Ranking Page
If you click the [Ranking] icon on the header menu, you can browse the weekly access ranking of all entries.
Aggregation Period of Ranking
The aggregation period is recent seven days.
Ranking
Display top entries that have been accessed most during the aggregation period.
Click the entry thumbnail to browse the content. [View Entries]
- Search Entries
Searching by specifying keywords or categories, you can narrow down the entries from all entries that are released already.
■Search Entries
Enter keywords then click the [Search] button on the site header.
Keyword Search
Enter keyword such as title or any words that are included entry body then click the [Search] button.
Display the entries which hit by the search.
Detailed Search by Categories
Click the [+] button to expand the detail search form and tick any categories you want to search.

A list of all categories appears.
Tick the category you want to browse then click the [Search] button.
The entries which hit the search keyword are displayed.* You can search by using multiple categories.
* Category items can be set only by the administrator. For more details to add/edit/delete category items, refer to [Category Settings]. - Change Password
If you forget or want to change your password, you can apply for a new password.
■How to Reissue Password
Click the [Forgot password?] link on Login Page to navigate to the Password Reissue Application Page.
Login ID
Enter your login ID that was set when you registered this user.
Email
Enter your email address that was set when you registered this user.
Send Password Reissue Application Mail
Enter your login ID and email then click the [Send] button to send your application of password reissue.
You will receive an email with information for reissuing your password.
Check the email content and proceed with the reissue.
Back to Login Page
Click the [Back to the Top Page] link to navigate to Login Page.
- Edit User Profile
On My Page, you can verify user information or edit your profile.
■Edit User Information
Click the login name display area on the site header to expand the menu then click [My Page].
The basic information section displays the basic information of the user.
In the profile section, a user image and description are displayed. Please edit as appropriate.
* Uploading of user image and editing of profile texts might be restricted depending on the administrator.
* Authorized users can edit basic information and profiles from the User Management Page on the Management System.
・Basic Information
Login ID
The login ID which set when you registered the user.
User Name
A user name which set when you registered the user.
User Name Phonetic
A user name phonetic which set when you registered the user.
User Name English
A user name English which set when you registered user.
Email
An email address set when you registered the user.
Phone
A phone number set when you registered the user.
Company
A company name which set when you registered the user.
Division
A division name set when you registered the user.
・Profile
Add User Image
Set your My Page profile photo.
Click the [Select File] button to upload the image.
Since the image will be trimmed into 240×240, please be sure to set a larger image than this.
Profile
Edit profile/career.
Confirmation and Update of User Profile Information
If you edited/set items, please click the [Confirm] button and update the data on the confirmation screen.
When the update is completed, jump to My Page.
If you need to change the settings, click the [Back] button.
※To apply changes of the site information will take a few minutes.
※If you don’t click the [Confirm] button to update, changes to be discarded.
- User Search
By enabling this function, the “User” menu will be added on the header of the Publish Page.
When the User Search function is enabled, all users can access the User List/Search, and User Profile Pages.
■How to Set Up
Access the Management System as a user with administrator privileges.
Click “SiteSettings” → “General”.
Check “Enable” in the “User Search” setting item. (“Disable” by default)
Save the changed settings. (It takes a few minutes to be applied.)
After applied, the “User” button is added to the header menu at the top of the Publish Page.
■How to Use User Search (User List)
The User Search function consists of the User List and User Profile Pages.
The sorting of user names is based on the data of User Name (Hiragana).
Search by Keyword
You can search for users with the entered keywords. You can search by user name, email, company or division.
Search by Company
You can filter by the company name to which the user belongs.
■How to Use User Search (User Profile)
Describes how to use the User Profile Page.
On the User Profile page, you can see the user name, email address, phone number, company name, organization name, and profile.
A profile can be changed from each user’s My Page.
Besides, up to 10 entries previously credited are displayed in the order of the Publish Date.
- Connection confirmation page

From the public page menu, you can check the “connection” with users who have been credited with the same article in the past.
Shows up to 10 users who have been together in the past in the credit of the article.
In addition, the latest one article that the user is credited to is displayed.
- Message history
■Message history
From the public page menu, you can check the send / receive history of messages sent to users on the article details page.
The message history is divided into “Outbox” and “Inbox”.
It shows the date of the message, the sender of the message, the article being credited, and the content of the message.
- Entry follow settings
You can set “follow settings” for entries from My Page.
By selecting the tag you are interested in from Category 1, Category 2, and Entry Tag, you can receive an email notification when the article with that tag is published.■Follow settings
Select My Page from the header menu of the public page to display the follow settings screen.
By checking the email notification, you can receive the email notification of the article you are following.
If you want to uncheck the email notification, please uncheck the email notification.
■Check what the user is following
Follow information can be confirmed from the log management on the management screen by a user with administrator privileges.
■Content of email notification
When the article you are following is published, the following email notification will be sent to the corresponding user.
The email may be delivered about 10 minutes after the entry is published.
In addition, email notifications will not be sent for entries that you do not have permission to view (entries with user groups set).
